The creator of "Jeff the Killer" Jeffrey Dale Case (aka Sesseur or killerjeff) and his brother Brandon Lee Case of Auburndale, FL are criminals and abusers.

Working together, they have both deceptively attempted to solicit royalties from Jeff the Killer fan projects despite extensive evidence proving that they do not have, and have never had, any actual stake in the character's trademark as well Sesseur having made a wide number of false claims misrepresenting his level of involvement in the character's creation, most notably his claim of having ownership of the famous image used to represent the character which was arguably its biggest "claim to fame" in the first place.Very recently, Sesseur finally admitted his claim of creating said image had been a lie after swearing up and down for almost 17 years that it was his own creation, even having had come up with an elaborate story of how he made the character's "mask" with golf balls and things from a Halloween store.

Brandon Case, who has communicated on Jeff Case's behalf to unknowing fans in the past as an apparent pseudo "publicity manager," was previously arrested for two counts of domestic assault towards his two teenage cousins.

Despite the victim saying in a Facebook post that she feared she was going to die of strangulation during Brandon's assault on her, Jeff minimized his brother's actions, saying that there had simply been an "argument" that she "blew it out of proportion," and that her decision to call the police on an adult man who put his hands around her neck was nothing more than a "stupid unwise reaction."Jeff Case even outright lied about what happened when questioned about the incident, saying that the two victims tried to "call off the cops" despite there being no such mention of that in the official police report as seen above.

In the same Facebook post, Sesseur's cousin also accused both him and Brandon of sexually harassing her and her younger sister when they were growing up by repeatedly barging in on the girls in the bathroom, among other things.While most of the official police report documenting Brandon's arrest is redacted, one particularly disturbing section suggests that the reason Brandon physically lashed out at his cousins was because one of them tried to tell his and Sesseur's mother to "keep the boys out of her room at night on school nights." Make of that what you will.

Sesseur/Jeff's brother Brandon has also been implicated in the grooming and severe emotional abuse of an underaged Creepypasta fan who Jeff/Sesseur introduced him to. According to the linked Google Document shared by the victim, Brandon, after grooming them into an inappropriate online relationship in 2017, allegedly coerced them into sending inappropriate "photos, videos, among other things" while the victim was only around 14-16 years old.Brandon himself directly admitted to dating an underaged individual on his Reddit account during the timeframe of these described events, even going so far as to share a detailed physical description and digital painting matching the victim's own features exactly.

Jeff was aware of their relationship from the beginning and did nothing to prevent it, and in fact went to great lengths to shame, discredit, and threaten the victim when they came forward about the allegations years later, calling them a "liar," a "bitch," and even outright doxxing them with the threat that they'd get "what they really claimed happened to them."
